ESSENTIAL TRAVELLER?
Get Certified
Some airlines and countries require international travellers to carry an official COVID-19 Travel Certificate signed by a medical professional that declares the traveller:
a) tested negative for COVID-19; and
b) exhibited no COVID-19 and/or respiratory symptoms prior to departure.
We digitally issue COVID-19 Travel Certificates via our secure virtual platform. Original document can be sent by courier for an additional fee.

Step 1: Get Tested
Have a COVID-19 test administered at your local vaccination centre. Be sure to get tested in the timeframe as required by your destination.

Step 2: Upload Results
Book your video chat with one of our ISTM-certified practitioners. You will be prompted to securely upload your test results before your appointment.

Step 3: Get Certified
Your official COVID-19 Travel Certificate will be issued once your identity, negative test result, and symptom-free status are confirmed via video chat.
